À good stay.

The gardens are wonderful, the lake, hippos and fresh air throughout the day.

The toilet in my room was a nightmare, after showering water, the place is flooded with water and that was just not okay.

Very Good

If you are looking intimacy and something different, this is the place. Tranquil and good service. Few hiccups on check-in, which were promptly resolved by management. The lady booking the boat rides is exceptional, always smiling and accommodating to suit customer needs. We got exactly what we paid for, the lovely receptionist also deserves a shout, constantly smiling and ready to resolve any issues. Room service was top notch and restaurant food was also very good. The place is very secure, only downer was the lack of further activities but all in all very good visit, will visit again with family.

Nice hotel by the lake to enjoy a short stay and disconnect.

Nice breakfast. Clean room with a nice bathroom. Nice garden to sit and enjoy the view on the lake. Secure location.

No local food for lunch/dinner and quite pricey for what it was.

Location is awesome! The size of the resort is great!

Lack of staff, extremely slow service, thin walls with non sound proof doors and windows, you can here people coughing outside. Mosquito nets have holes and doesn't close completely so was up catching mosquitos most of the night.

Apart from that mishap, I enjoyed the stay.

The place is good

The fact that I reserved my reservation and had the guaranteed confirmation and yet still told no rooms, but when some foreigners appear a room is found for them. In my eye we are all paying customers and should be treated the same. The should be more organised. I spent my day at the reception instead of enjoying the family wedding, that's not a good picture.

Ambience is top notch!Improve on your management of the property.

Very nice facilities but poor management. The owners need to invest in management as much as they have in facilities.

I checked in at 2pm and by 5pm I had not gotten a room despite my early reservation and when I finally got the room,It was very dirty ,they had to clean the room when we were inside!That was pathetic!

Very good. Keep up the standard.

Very good breakfast. Also, the restaurant opens early. Since I had an early morning, I requested the Reception staff to find out if they could open even earlier than usual and they did! The little things that make a difference. Also, the hotel is beautiful and is quiet & peaceful.

The bathroom in my room seemed to have a blockage and the shower area was flooding if the shower runs too long. I however did not report it (which I should have: sorry!)

Very relaxing and friendly stay.

Staff and location were excellent Buffet lunch out side was very good. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

It would be nice to have more outdoor dining facilities - the main dining room is inside with no windows , same for the bar. In such a great location it would nice to be able to sit outside for a drink/dinner on warm nights. The room has no air con - the temperature was fine in August, but might be hot in warmer months. Rooms sound proofing is not good - when a Chinese tour group had an early start I'm sure everyone in the other rooms got woken up to.

A good place to stay .. however ensure to have things in writing

Location , breakfast, spotlessly clean

I experienced multiple communication issues with the staff, resulting in quite a confusion during checkout. The staff did their bit to sort things out and their error wasn’t intentional- which I appreciate. My feedback would be to put down whatever is agreed in writing to avoid miscommunication.
